BRONX LION ORACLE™

Pre-market context

Read a stock signal before the market opens

Before the regular U.S. trading session opens, a stock screen can combine a pre-market price observation with technical indicators from completed daily sessions. The Oracle uses the same unified search. Inspect which observation is available before interpreting the classification.

Choose the exact security first

Search for the ticker or company, then confirm the issuer name, exchange and product type. A company stock and an ETF connected to that company are different instruments. Their prices, exposures and applicable models should not be treated as interchangeable.

The Oracle checks the returned security identity and currency. A matching-looking ticker alone does not establish that a feed belongs to the security you intended to inspect.

See the stock signal guide and ETF signal guide for those model differences.

Inspect the selected price session

The stock data process looks for a valid timestamped price among available regular-session, pre-market, after-hours and completed intraday observations. Being on the website before the open does not guarantee that its provider has returned a new pre-market trade for every security.

Read the market state, original price time and any latest-available label. An earlier regular-session observation can remain the latest available price. A new calculation does not turn it into a pre-market observation.

Daily indicators describe completed sessions

Moving averages, RSI and other daily indicators use completed historical sessions. The current active date is excluded from the completed-session calculations. A changing pre-market quote and an unchanged daily candle can therefore appear together without representing the same period.

Read a pattern’s session date rather than assuming it formed this morning. The current quote supplies price context; it does not finalize the new day’s open, high, low, close or volume.

The completed-candle guide explains the history behind those indicators.

Read the quote-check result

The Oracle can compare an eligible current price with an available comparable Nasdaq observation. A delayed or differently timed second quote is not treated as a simultaneous live cross-check. A result marked primary only should be read with that limitation.

Material disagreement between comparable prices can block a signal. Dedicated event models also retain their required event-price and intraday-history checks; an ordinary latest-available screen does not waive those requirements.

Revisit the screen as observations change

Read the classification with its model-input coverage, risk and calculation time. A fresh request after new observations arrive can produce a different result. A daily-list entry remains a dated snapshot rather than an assurance that its classification still matches a later screen.

Use the timestamp guide when price and calculation times differ, and check the daily edition when coming from a shortlist.
