Spot references, futures prices, ETFs and dealer quotes are not interchangeable. The Oracle keeps those distinctions visible while screening supported metals.
Spot reference
The displayed metal price is an indicative U.S.-dollar reference per troy ounce with its provider timestamp. It is not an executable dealer bid or ask and excludes premiums, fabrication, taxes, delivery, storage and custody costs.
Technical proxy
Trend and momentum context come from a separately validated continuous-futures history. The Oracle checks that the spot reference and futures proxy remain within a plausible relationship before scoring.
Fail-closed validation
Stale timestamps, currency errors, implausible scale differences or insufficient history prevent the model from presenting a directional call as a reliable signal.
