The stock screener combines validated market history with operating-company indicators when those indicators are available and appropriate.
Technical market context
The Oracle evaluates completed price history using indicators such as moving averages, RSI, Bollinger Bands, MACD, ATR and recognized candlestick formations. During active sessions, it can compare current quotes across available sources before issuing a classification.
Company-specific indicators
For operating-company equities, valuation, earnings and analyst inputs can add context. Missing or incomplete public coverage lowers indicator coverage rather than being silently treated as favorable or unfavorable information.
What UNRATED means
UNRATED is a deliberate outcome when the available signal indicators do not satisfy the model’s freshness, history, consistency or coverage requirements. It is not a prediction that the stock will remain flat.
